Pneumatic grease pumps 50:1
Pneumatic – Grease pump does not build up pressure.
- Causes: Air inside bucket. Bucket is dented. Bucket is conical.
- Remedy: Remove grease pump from bucket/barrel and place on a clean place. Thrust bucket against floor, so the air can escape. Then push down on follower plate until grease emerges out of the hole in the middle. Now place back the pneumatic pump into the bucket.
Pneumatic – Grease pump does not build up pressure and is running.
- Causes: Dirt in suction valve.
- Remedy: Call customer support. A explosion drawing will be faxed to the customer. (Repair help).
